Disability Income From Private Disability Insurance
The new partnership law excludes social security disability from computations of monthly income when the debtor determines whether he is under the applicable median income and exempt from means testing. A client today received both social security disability and additional disability income from a private disability insurance policy. As far as I can tell, the private disability is counted in computing his monthly income and means test eligibility. In most cases, people who are receiving disability will not be making enough money overall relative to their expenses to flunk the means test. I would appreciate hearing if my treatment of private disability income is incorrect.

Yeah, I am sure. I have private disability inurance thay pay for medical treatment up to the limits of the policy and requires a claim form every month and a physicians certification. It cannoot be used for ay other purpose yet it was and is subect to an IDO at the source even though my policiies are nul and void if I do not submit a clai. I have been adjudicated totally disabled by Worker's Copmpenseation but the doctor's who take bribes under the guize of IMO feees and lawyers who have scamed me out of thousands of dolars never having even examined me to the tune of $80,000 to one Lawyer, $75,000 to one lawyer, so called legal fees and $25,000 to one doctor and God knows with how much from other doctors.
The Court foud for the Univerisity Doctors that their diagnosis was butt the carrier just ignores the court and does not pay me.
Further I received Total Disability Payments from Social Security and their findings contradict the Worker's Compsensation Finfngs tha were created out of pure ficttion fees. This case would require suing a Law Firm, an Insurance Company and God knows who else and you are going to do no such thing. So, why did you send me an email. I will give you a call and yu can hear my sad story and I yours. Even the Medical Disabilility policy companies went after me to buy out my polcies. My family sued me for divorced to loot what they could used a TRO for Spousal Abuse after shopping for a compliant judge, whe I was a then only a semi-invalid and could not at the tim even lift a spoon. They forced m into exile with nolace to live.
Mark Twain said there was only onee native criminal class in America and that was congress. In the USA there are laywers, judges and insurnce companies that are unique to American who can steal faster tha a Swiss Bank can steal Nazi Jewish Gold. How would like to pay a lawyer $75,000 to take depositions and then he fires you in two weeks and does nothing but pocket the money. Disapation of assets is a fraud nd squadering is a folly. I'll waste $50 on a phone call to you because there is always a chance there is such a thing as an honest lawyer, I knew one in 75 yeras but he died. You site is interesting buy smells of fraud. Why are you no selling Hedge Funds? Less work, paper work and pays better. Th truth is this case has a lie unto its own.
